摘 要:以云南省交通厅科技课题《基于大件运输的桥梁加固方法研究》为基础,以昆北换流站公路大件运输工程为依托,根据现有桥梁设计参数、技术状况等级及待运输大件设备参数,分析计算大件运输车辆所需的轴线数,从而确定大件运输的装载图及装载技术参数。另外,在公路线形条件较好及能保证大件设备安全条件下,为增快工程项目进度,降低工程项目成本,通过分析不同纵列大件运输车轴距、轮距以及轴荷限载标准和不同吨位等级大件运输车荷载标准,建议大件运输车辆可通过增加车辆轴线,减小车辆的轴载,降低大件荷载对桥梁结构产生的内力形式通过现有桥梁。This paper is based on the Science and Technology Project"Research on Bridge Reinforcement Method Based on Large-Scale Transportation"of Yunnan Provincial Department of Transportation,which relies on the large-scale highway transportation project of Kunbei Converter Station.In order to determine the loading map and loading technical parameters of large transport,the equipment parameters are used to analyze and calculate the number of axes required for large transport vehicles on the basis of the existing bridge design parameters,technical status level and large transportation capacity.In addition,if the highway has fine alignment and the safety of large equipment be ensured,in order to increase the progress of the project and at the same time reduce the project cost,it is recommended that large-sized transport vehicles can reduce the axle load of the vehicle by increasing the axle of the vehicle and reduce the internal force generated by the large-load on the bridge structure through existing bridges,by analyzing the wheelbase,the track and the axle load limit standard of different large transport vehicles.
