湖南辣椒产业发展现状及存在问题与建议

摘　　要：辣椒作为一种重要的蔬菜和调味品,种植面积居我国蔬菜首位。湖南是我国辣椒种植、消费和加工大省,辣椒育种水平一直处于全国领先地位。总结了湖南辣椒种植、加工、种业现状及遗传育种研究进展,指出了当前湖南辣椒产业发展中存在的问题,并对今后湖南辣椒产业发展提出了建议。As an important vegetable and condiment,pepper ranks first among vegetables in term of cultivation area in China.Hunan is a major province in term of pepper cultivation,consumption,and processing.Achievement on pepper breeding in Hunan Province has always been in the leading position in the country.In this study,the current situations of pepper cultivation,processing,seed industry,and the research progress of pepper genetic breeding were summarized,and the current problems were discussed.At last,suggestions were put forward for the development of pepper industry in Hunan Province.
