摘  要:目的观察电针刺激对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)兔治疗前后行为、形态学的改变,揭示电针穴位刺激治疗KOA兔可能的行为学效应及其机制。方法将36只新西兰大白兔随机分为空白组、模型组、电针穴位刺激组,每组12只。除空白组外,模型组和电针穴位刺激组采用维德曼左膝伸直法和固定制动法制备膝骨关节炎模型。造模后正常组无需干预。模型组成功建模后同期进行常规扫盲,无需干预。电针穴位刺激组:模型制作1周后开始电针和电刺激。通过测评KOA兔的膝关节被动屈伸活动范围以及大腿围度等对其进行行为学方面的观察;在光学显微镜下观察KOA兔被动股直肌上皮细胞的组织形态,观察股直肌肌纤维的组织粗细和异常的股直肌细胞活动情况。结果与正常组比较,模型组改良LequesneMG膝关节评分明显提高(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。与模型组比较,电针穴位刺激组改良LequesneMG膝关节评分明显改善(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。与正常组比较,模型组关节被动活动度明显降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,电针穴位刺激组关节被动活动度明显升高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。在腹股沟下部边缘处,实验兔左大腿最厚部分的测量差异最大。与正常组比较,模型组大腿围度明显变小(P<0.01);与模型组比较,电针穴位刺激组大腿围度有所恢复(P<0.05)。在大腿中央进行测量,模型组和电针穴位刺激组分别与正常组比较,差异具有统计学意义。骨上缘最佳关节处模型组和电针穴位刺激组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。模型组中未经处理的KOA兔肌纤维横截面积显著低于正常组(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,电针穴位刺激组肌纤维横截面积明显升高(P<0.01)。结论电针穴位刺激显著地改善了KOA兔的行为学临床表现,并且缓解了股直肌肌纤维萎缩、水肿等炎性的表现。Objective To intervene the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis by electroacupuncture stimulation,observe the behavior and morphological changes before and after the treatment of KOA rabbits,and to reveal the behavioral effects and mechanisms of the effects of electroacupuncture on KOA rabbits.Methods 36 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,and electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation group,with 12 rabbits in each group.In addition to the blank group,the model group and the electric acupuncture stimulation group used Widman′s left knee extension method and fixed immobilization method to determine the model of knee osteoarthritis.After modeling,the normal group did not need intervention.After successful modeling,the model group will carry out routine literacy at the same time without intervention.Electroacupuncture stimulation group:start electroacupuncture and electrical stimulation 1 week after model making.Observe the behavior of KOA rabbits by measuring the passive flexion and extension range of knee joints and thigh circumference.Under an optical microscope,the tissue morphology of KOA rabbits passive rectus femoris epithelial cells can be observed,and the tissue of the rectus femoris muscle fibers can be observed.Thickness and abnormal rectus femoris cell activity.Results Compared with the normal group,the modified Lequesne MG knee score in the model group was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the model group,the modified Lequesne MG knee score in the electroacupuncture stimulation group was significantly improved(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the normal group,the passive motion of the joints in the model group was significantly reduced(P<0.05);compared with the model group,the passive motion of the joints in the electroacupuncture stimulation group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.At the lower edge of the groin,the measur
