摘  要:在对超市购物者提重物的情况进行大量数据挖掘后,为了提高购物者提重物手部受力后的舒适度,根据人手部提取重物的手指间受力关系设计提手结构.利用手提重物的购物袋拉扣与手部的接触点勒紧后产生受力应变作为形变动因,设计一款扣指形的便携式可以自动称重显示的购物袋外加提手.该结构的辅助提手可避免关节肌肉拉伤,带有压力传感与读数显示实现称重.该设计实现智能提醒与自然称重结合,便于用户参考数值判断应用,是成本低,便于携带,握感舒适的生活用品.After a large amount of data mining on the situation of lifting heavy objects by supermarket shoppers,in order to improve the comfort of the shoppers after lifting heavy objects by hand,the structure of this handle is designed according to the force relationship between the fingers of the people who lift heavy objects by hand,taking the stress and strain produced by the pull button of the shopping bag of hand-held heavy goods and the tightening of the contact point of the hand as the cause of deformation,a kind of portable shopping bag with button finger shape and automatic weighing display is designed,the structure′s auxiliary handle can be used for slow joint muscle strain,with pressure sensing and reading display to achieve weighing.The design realizes the combination of intelligent reminder and natural weighing,which is convenient for users to judge numerical value,low cost,convenient to carry and comfortable to hold.
