阶段式康复联合危机管理在宫颈癌患者中的护理效果及对自我管理水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨阶段式康复联合危机管理在宫颈癌患者中的护理效果及对自我管理水平的影响。方法:选择2018年5月-2020年1月宫颈癌患者84例作为对象,采用抽签法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合阶段式康复、危机管理,患者均完成4周护理,比较两组危机水平、医学应对方式、自我管理水平及满意度和依从性。结果:观察组护理后4周情感、认知行为、回避及屈服评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理后4周自我管理水平高于护理前(P<0.05);观察组护理后4周正性态度、自我决策及自我减压及自我管理最高分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后4周护理方法、护理内容及护理效果满意度和遵医治疗、定期复查、康复锻炼依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阶段式康复联合危机管理在宫颈癌患者中能降低患者危机水平,提高患者医学应对方式和自我管理水平,亦可提高患者满意度及依从性,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of staged rehabilitation combined with crisis management in patients with cervical cancer and its influence on the level of self-management.Methods:A total of 84 patients with cervical cancer from May 2018 to January 2020 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into two groups by lottery,each with 42 cases.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the observation group combined staged rehabilitation and crisis management on the basis of the control group.The patients completed 4 weeks of nursing.The crisis level,medical coping style,self-management level,satisfaction and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The emotional,cognitive behavior,avoidance and yield scores of the observation group 4 weeks after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the face scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the two groups were self-managed 4 weeks after nursing The level was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05);the highest scores of positive attitude,self-decision,self-decompression and self-management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing method,The satisfaction of nursing content and nursing effect,compliance with medical treatment,regular review,and rehabilitation exercise compliance were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Staged rehabilitation combined with crisis management in cervical cancer patients can reduce the patient's crisis level,improve patients'medical coping style and self-management level,and also improve patient satisfaction and compliance,which is worthy of promotion and application.
