采用盆炎净口服液治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的观察盆炎净口服液治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(SPID)的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的SPID患者160例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组患者给予西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盆炎净口服液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症候积分、血液流变学指标及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者临床症候积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血液流变学指标低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SPID患者在常规西药治疗基础上,予以盆炎净口服液治疗,能更有效的改善机体循环,减轻临床症状及体征,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe clinical effect of Penyanjing oral liquid for sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(SPID).Methods 160 patients with SPID admitted to January 2018 to January 2019 in our hospital,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random principle,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The observation group was combined with Penyanjing oral liquid on the basis of control group.Clinical symptom scores,hemorheology indicators and clinical treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood rheology index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion SPID patients can be treated with Penyanjing oral liquid on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,which can improve the body circulation more effectively,reduce clinical symptoms and signs,optimize the curative effect,and is worth promoting.
