无痛胃镜下高频电凝电切术治疗胃息肉疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究无痛胃镜下高频电凝电切术治疗胃息肉的效果。方法90例胃息肉患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组45例。对照组采用普通胃镜下高频电凝切除术,实验组采用无痛胃镜下高频电凝电切术。比较两组患者的治愈与复发情况、术中出血量、手术时间、术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组治愈率93.33%显著高于对照组的77.78%,复发率6.67%明显低于对照组的22.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者术后并发症发生率2.22%低于对照组的13.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛胃镜下高频电凝电切术治疗胃息肉效果显著,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless gastroscopy on gastric polyps.Methods A total of 90 gastric polyps patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated by highfrequency electrocoagulation resection under general gastroscopy,and the experimental group was treated by high-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless gastroscopy.The cure and recurrence status,amount of intraoperative hemorrhage,surgery time and occurrence of complications after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate 93.33%of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%,and recurrence rate 6.67%was obviously lower than that of the control group 22.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgery time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and amount of intraoperative hemorrhage was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications after surgery 2.22%of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 13.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency electrocoagulation resection under painless gastroscopy shows remarkable effect on gastric polyps,and is worthy of promotion.
