摘 要:以北京大兴国际机场铝合金板式节点为研究对象,通过试验和有限元分析,对压弯状态下板式节点的力学性能进行研究,得到以下3点结论。①节点约束肢I型杆件的腹板和上翼缘交界处发生撕裂破坏。这是由于该交界处为高应力区,发生局部屈服形成塑性铰,在竖向力作用下腹板发生弯曲进而导致出现撕裂破坏。②节点轴向和竖向荷载位移曲线均包含3个阶段,在弹性阶段节点具有较大的刚度,屈服阶段具有良好的变形和耗能性能。弯矩转角曲线包含2个阶段,弹性阶段节点具有较大的转动刚度。③螺栓直径R对节点极限承载力影响最大,连接板厚度T对节点转动刚度有最大的影响。基于主要参数对节点力学性能的影响,以提高材料利用率为目标对节点的结构参数进行优化。With the aluminum alloy gusset joint of Beijing Daxing International Airport taken as the research object,the experiment and finite element analysis were conducted for its mechanical properties under compressive and bending conditions.The following observations or conclusions were obtained:①Tearing failure occurs at the junction of the web and top flange of the I-shaped member at the restrained side.At the junction,the stress is high and local yielding occurs with plastic hinge formed.Under the action of vertical force,the web may bend which result in tearing failure.②Three stages can be observed for both the horizontal load-displacement curves and the vertical load-displacement curves of the joint.The stiffness of gusset joint is high in the elastic stage,and good deformation and energy dissipation performance are seen in the yield stage.Two stages can be found for the bending moment-rotation curves,and the rotational stiffness of joint is high in the elastic stage.③The diameter R of bolt has the greatest influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of joint,while the thickness T of connection plate has the greatest influence on the rotational stiffness of joint.Based on the influences of main parameters on the mechanical properties,the structural parameters of the joint were optimized to improve the material utilization.
