摘　　要：简述了《蓄能空调工程测试与评价技术规程》的编制背景、编制过程及主要内容,对规程编制要点进行了详细解读。并通过2个实际的蓄能项目,对规程中的测试方法和评价指标进行了应用和阐述。期望通过该规程的制定和实施,为蓄能空调工程的运行测试和效果评价提供技术依据,促进蓄能空调系统性能的提升。Briefly describes the background,process and main contents of the Technical specification for testing and evaluation of thermal storage air conditioning system,and interprets the key points of the specification in detail.Presents two application cases,by which the test methods and evaluation indicators in the specification are applied and demonstrated.These efforts are expected to provide the basic measure and standard for operation test and effect evaluation,and to promote the performance of thermal storage air conditioning system.
