摘　　要：目的分析尼洛替尼所致药物不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及临床特点。方法检索中国知网、维普、中华医学会期刊自建数据库、中国医院数据图书馆、万方数据库和PubMed数据库收载的尼洛替尼ADR个案报道,并对ADR的类型、发生时间、合并用药等指标进行分析。结果共筛选出有效个案报道70篇,共计77例患者,其中男性51例,女性26例。患者年龄主要集中在40岁以上(84.4%);用药3个月内出现ADR例数最多(51.9%);尼洛替尼致ADR累及器官/系统以皮肤及其附件(28.6%)、消化系统(24.7%)、心血管系统(16.9%)为主。结论尼洛替尼引起的ADR需引起临床高度重视,需加强用药监测,以减少致命性ADR的发生。Objective To analyze the occurrence and clinical characteristics of adverse reactions(ADR)caused by nilotinib,and to provide the reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The case reports of adverse drug reactions induced by nilotinib were collected and analyzed statistically from CNKI,VIP,Chinese Medical Association Journal Self-built Database,Chinese Hospital Data Library,Wanfang and PubMed.Results A total of 70 effective case reports were screened out,with a total of 77 patients,including 51 males and 26 females.The patients’ages were mainly over 40 years old(84.4%);the number of ADR cases that occurred within 3 months of medication was the highest(51.9%);ADRs caused by nilotinib involved organs/systems,including skin and its accessories(28.6%),digestive system(24.7%),cardiovascular system(16.9%).Conclusion The adverse reactions of nilotinib need to be highly valued clinically,and drug monitoring needs to be strengthened to reduce the occurrence of fatal adverse reactions.
