摘　　要：甲磺酸萘莫司他作为广谱强效的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制药,对胰蛋白酶、凝血酶、纤溶酶和补体成分等多种丝氨酸蛋白酶有较强的抑制作用,已被批准用于治疗消化系统和血液系统疾病。2019新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,该药在抗病毒、血液系统治疗中可能发挥重要作用,本文综述了其在抗病毒、抗肿瘤和神经保护等疾病领域的临床应用潜在价值。As a broad-spectrum and powerful serine protease inhibitor,nafamostatmesilate has a strong inhibitory effect on trypsin,thrombin,plasmin,complement components and other serine proteases,and has been approved for the treatment of diseases of digestive and hematological systems.Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019,this drug may play an important role in antiviral and hematological therapy.In this paper,the potential value of its clinical application in antiviral,antineoplastic and neuroprotective fields is reviewed.
