摘  要:为研究聚合物改性混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性以及抗冻性能,分别在盐冻循环前以及盐冻循环50次、100次、150次、200次时进行抗压试验、电通量实验、相对动弹模量实验,分析其在盐冻环境下力学性能及耐久性变化规律;在各组实验中为了得到最优环氧树脂掺合量即最佳聚灰比,分别以水泥质量的0、5%、10%、15%、20%掺加水性环氧树脂.结果表明聚合物改性混凝土抗盐冻性能远远优于普通混凝土,其抗盐冻性能在研究范围内随着聚灰比的增加而变好.考虑经济因素以及其他影响,聚灰比10%左右能很好满足抗盐冻性能要求,可以将此聚灰比作为最优聚灰比.In order to study the chloride ion permeability and frost resistance of polymer modified concrete,compressive test,electric flux test and relative dynamic elastic modulus test are carried out before salt freezing cycle and at 50,100,150 and 200 salt freezing cycles,respectively,and the change rules of mechanical properties and durability under salt freezing environment are analyzed.In order to obtain the optimal epoxy resin content in each group of experiments,the optimum polymer cement ratio is 0,5%,10%,15%and 20%of cement quality mixed with water-borne epoxy resin.The results show that the salt frost resistance of polymer modified concrete is much better than that of ordinary concrete.The salt frost resistance of polymer modified concrete increases with the increase of polymer cement ratio.Considering the economic factors and other influences,the polymer cement ratio of about 10%can meet the requirements of salt frost resistance,which can be used as the optimal polymer cement ratio.
