摘　　要：历史文化街区是城市的重要组成部分,由于近年来各城市只重视经济的发展,导致许多历史文化街区失去特色与活力,如何保护历史文化街区是当代城市建设面临的必要课题。保护历史文化街区不仅仅是开发旅游、创造商机,更重要的是保存城市记忆,延续城市文脉。从历史文化街区保护的必要性出发,提出保护的方法和策略,在保护过程中既要有政府的主导作用,还要充分发挥城市居民的积极参与,促进新时代城市历史文化街区的文化性经济性的双重发展。Historical and cultural blocks are an important part of cities.In recent years,cities only attach importance to economic development,which leads to many historical and cultural blocks losing their characteristics and vitality.How to protect historical and cultural blocks is a necessary issue.Protecting historical and cultural blocks is not only to develop tourism and create business opportunities,but also to preserve urban memory and extend urban context.Starting from the necessity of the protection of historical and cultural blocks,this paper puts forward the protection methods and strategies,which should not only have the leading role of the government,but also give full play to the active participation of urban residents,so as to promote the dual development of cultural economy of urban historical and cultural blocks in the new era.
