摘　　要：从施工管理目标实现的角度,将施工管理主要目标(质量、进度、成本)和绿色施工评价指标相结合,构建基于绿色理念施工管理模式评价体系,实现既强调绿色施工又重视施工目标的一种评价方法。此外,还简要阐述了施工管理模式的含义,并汇总分析了六种施工管理模式。In this paper,from the perspective of the realization of construction management objectives,the main objectives of construction management(quality,schedule,cost)and green construction evaluation index are combined to build an evaluation system of construction management mode based on the green concept,so as to realize an evaluation method that emphasizes both green construction and construction objectives.In addition,the meaning of construction management mode is also briefly expounded,and six construction management modes are summarized and analyzed.
