摘　　要：传统技艺类非物质文化遗产保护工作已开展多年,其实效性亟需评测。以宣纸制作技艺为研究对象,通过对主管部门、作为保护单位的企业和代表性传承人等进行访谈等方式的调研,在掌握第一手资料的基础上对宣纸制作技艺这项人类非物质文化遗产名录项目保护情况进行评估。依次从政府、保护主体、代表性传承人各自履行承担的保护义务的情况和该技艺传承与发展的现状、保护工作中遇到的挑战和解决问题的出路等方面入手,为建立评测指标体系提供个案研究依据。Intangible cultural heritage protection of traditional crafts has been carried out many years before,and its effectiveness needs evaluating. Taking the production skills of Xuan paper as the research object,the government staff,enterprises and inheritors have been interviewed to collect the first-hand materials for evaluating the protection of the skills. This paper tries to explain the situation of the government’s protection obligations,the protection subject and the inheritors,the status quo of the inheritance and development of the skills,and the challenges encountered in the protection. Then it suggests solutions to these problems,which could provide a case study for the establishment of the evaluation index system.
