摘 要:多年来,房地产行业一直被看作是市场经济中的先导行业,其市场热度变化往往会折射出当地经济发展的实际情况。根据三次走访安徽省滁州市区房地产市场的调研结果,指出2020年房地产市场热度仍在持续,但消费趋于理智,据此提出政府协同构建城市群高质量发展;金融机构严格控制内在金融风险;房企全力打造自身品牌质量;投资者加强心理预期理性化四步走战略。For many years,the real estate industry has been regarded as the foregoing industry in the market economy. The expected changes in the market often reflect the actual situation of local economic development. Therefore,based on the research results of the real estate market in Chuzhou City,Anhui Province,this paper analyzes and forecasts the development scope and investment direction of the real estate market in 2020,and proposes that the government should coordinate construction of high-quality development of urban agglomerations;internal financial risks should be strictly controlled;its own brand quality should be created with full efforts. It also emphasizes the scientific layout of the four-step strategy of rationalizing psychological expectations.
