钬激光前列腺剜除术对良性前列腺增生患者术中出血量及术后生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对良性前列腺增生患者行钬激光前列腺剜除术(HoLEP)治疗的效果。方法将我院2017年10月—2019年6月收治的50例良性前列腺增生患者随机分成观察组(n=25)与对照组(n=25),2组均采取手术治疗,对照组实施经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术(PKEP)治疗,观察组实施HoLEP治疗,观察2组治疗效果及预后情况。结果在术中出血量、导管留置时间及膀胱冲洗时间上,观察组均低/短于对照组,在术后生活质量评分上,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后观察组总计发生1例(4.00%)并发症,对照组总计发生6例(24.00%)并发症,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对良性前列腺增生患者行HoLEP治疗具有术中出血量低、术后恢复快、并发症低及生活质量好的优势,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of holmium laser prostatic gouge(HoLEP)on benign prostate patients.Methods 50 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(N=25)and a control group(N=25).Both groups were treated by surgery.The control group was treated with urethral plasma prostatic gouging(PK EP),while the observation group was treated with HoLEP,and the results and prognosis of the two groups were observed.Results The blood loss,catheter retention time and bladder flushing time were lower in the observation group than in the control group.The quality of life was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 1 case(4.00%)of complications occurred in the post-operative observation group and 6 cases(24.00%)of complications occurred in the control group.There were significant differences between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,HoLEP treatment has the advantages of low bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery,low complications and good quality of life,so it is worth promoting.
