摘 要:为提高嫁接生产率和后期嫁接苗的愈合成活率,设计了茄果类蔬菜嫁接机的切削装置。以处于嫁接期的接穗和砧木为实验对象进行切削试验,探讨了基于贴接法所采用的不同切削方式对切削质量的影响。以切削速度、切刀座工作面夹角和刀刃厚度作为试验因素,切削偏移率和茎秆拉丝率为试验指标,通过作业性能试验确定了该装置的最优工作参数。试验结果表明:同等切削条件下,斜切所需极限切应力略大于削切,但切后创口均匀度较好,不易产生拉丝现象,利于嫁接苗后期创口愈合,适合应用在切削装置上;当嫁接用苗切削装置的切刀切削速度为150 mm/s、切刀座工作面夹角为60°、刀刃厚度为1.5 mm时切削效果最好。In order to improve the healing and survival rate of grafted seams and later grafted seedlings,this paper designs a cutting device of the solanum fruit vegetable grafting machine.It makes scions and rootstocks in the grafting stage as experimental objects to carry out cutting experiments,and discusses the influence of different cutting methods based on the bonding method on cutting quality.It takes the cutting speed,the angle of the cutter seat working surface and the thickness of the blade as the test factors,the cutting deviation rate and the stalk drawing rate as the test indicators,and determines the optimal working parameters of the device through the working performance test.The test results show that:under the same cutting conditions,the limit shear stress required for beveling is slightly greater than that of beveling,but the uniformity of the wound after cutting is better,and it is not easy to produce wire drawing,which is conducive to wound healing in the later stage of grafted seedlings,and is suitable for use in cutting devices.The cutting effect is best when the cutting speed of the grafting seedling cutting device is 150 mm/s,the angle of the working face of the cutter block is 60°,and the thickness of the blade is 1.5 mm.
