摘  要:中排气式防气抽油泵是一种新型的防气抽油泵,为了更好地研究其防气性能,利用Fluent软件对泵筒内气液两相流进行了仿真模拟,把柱塞一个周期的运行过程分成了4个阶段,对每个阶段泵筒内气液两相流的状态和阀门开启情况进行了分析,得出了各阶段压力、含气率、质量流量等随时间变化规律。结果表明,通过几个周期的运行后,泵筒内的液相介质质量增加,泵筒内的含气率降低,使泵筒内的压力达到固定阀开启压力,气锁解除,证明了其防气性能,为防气抽油泵的结构优化设计奠定了理论基础。Mid-exhaust anti-gas pump is a new type of anti-gas pump.In order to better study its anti-gas performance,Fluent is used to simulate the gas-liquid two-phase flow field of mid-exhaust anti-gas pump.The operation of the plunger in one cycle is divided into four stages,and the state of gas-liquid two-phase flow and the opening of the valve in each stage are analyzed.The variation of pressure,gas rate and mass flow rate with time are obtained.The results show that after several cycles of operation,the mass of liquid medium in the pump barrel increases,the air content in the pump barrel decreases,the pressure in the pump barrel reaches the opening pressure of the standing valve,and the air lock is relieved,which proves its anti-gas performance and lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization design of the anti-gas pump structure.
