摘 要:现如今大多数驱动桥主减速器采用的是准双曲面齿轮传动,这种准双曲面齿轮传动有更好啮合性且传动平稳,能承载较大的载荷。随着人们对汽车舒适性和燃油经济性要求的不断提高,驱动桥的效率和振动噪声水平越来越受到重视,从而使得对准双曲面齿轮传动的相关技术要求就越来越高[1],因此,对于驱动桥总成的传动效率有着更大的研究空间。本文以某商用车驱动桥总成为研究对象,通过台架测试分析不同油温对其传动效率的影响。Nowadays,main reducers of most drive axle use hypoid gear transmission.This hypoid gear transmission has better meshing and smooth transmission,and can bear larger loads.With the continuous improvement of the requirements of automobile comfort and fuel economy,more and more attention are paid to the efficiency and vibration noise level of the drive axle,so that the technical requirements for aligning the hyperbolic gear transmission are getting higher and higher.Therefore,there is more research space for the transmission efficiency of the drive axle assembly.In this paper,the driving axle of a commercial vehicle is the research object,and the influence of different oil temperatures on its transmission efficiency is analyzed through bench testing.
