摘 要:为了充分利用液压挺杆可以降低气门传动机构噪声、免气门间隙调整的优点,就液压挺杆使用过程中会出现“升程损失”及“启动噪声”问题进行了研究。通过对液压挺杆工作过程的分析,通过对为液压挺杆提供压力油的润滑系统的分析,得出,机油中气泡含量以及是否有空气直接进入液压挺杆是决定液压挺杆能否正常工作的关键问题。为此需要采取的措施有二,一是要减少机油中混入空气的产生。二是,限制气泡进入液压挺杆中。In order to make full use of the advantages of the hydraulic lifter to reduce the noise of the valve transmission mechanism and the adjustment of the valve clearance,the article studies the problems of"lift loss"and"starting noise"during the use of the hydraulic lifter.Through the analysis of the working process of the hydraulic tappet,and through the analysis of the lubrication system that provides pressure oil for the hydraulic tappet,the article concludes that the content of bubbles in the oil and whether there is air directly entering the hydraulic tappet is the key issue,which determines whether the hydraulic tappet can work normally.There are two measures to be taken for this purpose.One is to reduce the generation of air mixed in the engine oil.The second is to restrict air bubbles from entering the hydraulic tappet.
