双轨道互动式护理干预方法在糖尿病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨双轨道互动式护理干预方法在糖尿病患者中的应用。方法选取2018年9月~2019年9月在我院内分泌一科接受管理的糖尿病患者158例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各79例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采用双轨道互动式护理干预。并比较两组患者护理前后血糖水平、糖尿病知识总掌握率及总依从性。结果护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者对糖尿病知识总掌握率及治疗总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者采用双轨道互动护理干预模式的作用效果显著,能够有效降低血糖,提高患者对糖尿病知识的总掌握率及治疗依从性。Objective To explore application of dual-track interactive nursing intervention method in the patients with diabetes.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,158 diabetic patients who were managed in the first department of endocrinology in our hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 79 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given dual-track interactive nursing intervention method on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels,total mastering rate of diabetes knowledge and total treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at 2 hours after meal and glycated hemoglobin were lower than before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);fasting blood glucose,blood glucose at 2 h after meal and glycated hemoglobin in observation group after nursing were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the observation group′s total knowledge rate of diabetes and total treatment compliance were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-track interactive nursing intervention model for diabetic patients has a significant effect,which can effectively reduce blood glucose,improve the overall mastering rate of diabetes knowledge and treatment compliance.
