摘　　要：医疗风险受到人员行为、医院制度、流程、药品、器械以及环境设施等因素影响,存在于患者就诊整个流程中。本文研究医疗风险识别管理的现状及存在的问题,以及针对问题所采取的信息化手段监测识别医疗风险、内控检查和外部观察识别医疗风险的实践应用措施。通过医疗风险早期识别实践探索思考完善专科化医疗风险识别内容,提高识别或鉴别风险能力的方法,努力做到医疗风险早发现、早干预,保障医疗安全,促进医院持续健康发展。Medical risks are affected by factors such as personnel behavior,hospital systems,procedures,drugs,equipment,and environmental facilities,and are present in the entire process of patient visits.This paper focused on the current status and explored the problems of medical risk identification,and applied information technology to monitor and identify medical risks,and internal control inspections and external observations to identify medical risks.Through the practice of early identification of medical risks,explore ways to perfect the content of specialized medical risk identification,improve the ability to recognize or identify risks,and strive to achieve early detection and intervention of medical risks,ensure medical safety,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of hospitals.
