摘 要:目的在不同眼压和角膜厚度的条件下,通过对Pentacam和Corvis ST的圆锥角膜综合筛查指数的相关性分析,判断Corvis ST在不同条件下圆锥角膜诊断中的可预测性。方法我院2019年拟行屈光矫正手术患者508例,选取右眼作为观察眼分别行Pentacam和Corvist ST检查,根据眼压和角膜厚度对检查结果进行分组,分别分析角膜生物力学指数(CBI)、综合偏差分析指标(BAD)及综合风险指数(TBI)的相关性。结果总体说CBI和BAD及BAD和TBI之间有相关性。在低眼压状态下,CBI、BAD和TBI相关性较强,其他眼压状态下相关性略弱。不同角膜厚度分组的情况下,薄角膜组BAD、CBI和TBI的相关性较高,在其他组中度相关。结论Corvist ST的角膜生物力学指数在圆锥角膜诊断中有一定的参考作用,尤其是在低眼压和薄角膜的情况下可参考性较大。Objective By analyzing the correlation between Pentacam and CorvisST under different intraocular pressure(IOP)and corneal thickness,we aim to evaluate the predictability of Corvis ST in keratoconus diagnosis under different conditions.Methods This was a retrospective case series study.Five hundred and eight ametropic patients who underwent routine examinations before corneal refractive surgery at Shanxi Eye Hospital were selected.Pentacam and Corvist ST tests were performed on the right eye.The study participants were grouped based on IOP and corneal thickness,and the associations among CBI,BAD and TBI was analyzed.Results There was a strong overall association between CBI and BAD,as well as between BAD and TBI.Stronger associations among CBI,BAD and TBI were observed under low IOP,while the associations were relatively weaker under other IOP status.Among different corneal thickness groups,the associations among BAD,CBI and TBI in the thin cornea group were higher than that in other groups.Conclusions CorvistST's corneal biomechanical index CBI has a certain reference role in the diagnosis of keratoconus,especially in cases with low IOP and thin cornea.
