摘　　要：利用自动电位滴定仪建立了一种测定硫化促进剂MBT含量的方法,对准确度、精密度、耐用性进行了全面考察。结果表明,加标回收率为99.70%~100.40%,RSD为0.25%,重复性试验结果无显著性差异,耐用性试验结果良好。与GB/T 11407-2013中滴定法对照,符合MBT的含量测定要求。该方法操作简便易行,测定结果精度高、人为误差小、分析速度快,适于作为GB/T 11407-2013中滴定法的补充分析方法。The accuracy,precision and durability of the method were thoroughly investigated.The results showed that the recovery rate was 99.70%-100.40%,and the RSD was 0.25%.There was no significant difference in the repeatability test results,the durability test results were good.The method is simple and easy to operate,with high precision,small human error,fast analysis speed,and is suitable to be used as a supplementary analysis method for titration in GB/T 11407-2013.
