摘　　要：【目的】调研分析广西农业科技成果转化现状及面临的制约因素,明确广西农业科技成果转化机制创新的方向及重点,为相关部门制定政策措施提供参考依据。【方法】通过查阅文献及统计资料,分析广西农业科技成果转化机制现状、主要模式及特点等;设计调查问卷,系统调查近年来广西农业科技成果转化取得的成效及存在的主要困难;通过实地调研,了解创新广西农业科技成果转化机制面临的主要制约因素,征集完善农业科技成果转化机制的建议;组织召开座谈会,与专家及专业人员一起研讨优化广西农业科技成果转化机制的对策措施。【结果】广西农业科技研发、成果转化及推广体系基本建立,通过农业科技成果转化平台建设及农业科技成果转化项目实施,农业科技进步贡献率稳步提升,但在农业科技成果供给、农业科技成果转化体系、农业科技成果需求等方面仍存在明显的制约因素。因此,加快广西农业科技成果转化机制创新的重点是:(1)深化完善农业科技创新机制。加快完善农业科研项目管理制度,创新农业科技成果评价及管理机制,建立产学研长效合作机制,切实提高农业企业科技创新主体地位,建立科技需求信息反馈机制及国内外合作机制。(2)建立健全农业科技成果转化机制。完善农业科技成果转化激励机制,加强平台建设及创新转化方式,建立科技资源共享机制,加强科技成果跟踪管理服务。(3)探索建立新型农业科技服务机制。激发农民对农业科技的需求,构建多元化农业科技服务体系,推动农业科技成果产业化示范基地建设,推进“互联网+”农业科技成果转化应用。【建议】深化农业科技成果转化体制改革,稳固农业科技成果转化资金保障,强化农业科技成果转化人才支撑,促使农业科技成果快速而有效地转化,最终实现广西农业高质量发展。【Objective】To investigate the situation of Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation and factors that hindered it,found out the innovation direction and keys to provide reference for policy making of the relevant authorities.【Method】Through reviewing and statistics,the current situation,main mode and characters of Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation were analyzed.The achievements and major difficulties of Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation in recent years were investigated by questionnaire.Field investigation was conducted to survey the main constraining factors of Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation innovation,gathering suggestions to improving the transformation mechanism.Meetings were hosted to invite experts and professionals to discuss the measurements to optimize Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation mechanism.【Result】Guangxi agricultural science and technology development,achievement transformation and promotion system has established,and the contribution rate of agricultural science and technology development has improved through Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation platform and Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation projects.But there were constraining factors in Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement supply,Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievementtransformation system and Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement demand.Therefore,the keys to speeding up Guangxi agricultural science and technology achievement transformation mechanism innovation:(1)Deepening optimizing Guangxi agricultural science and technology innovation mechanism.Speeding up improving agricultural science and technology projects management system,innovating agricultural science and technology achievement evaluation and management system,establishing
