布袋除尘器的技术特点及其在农村小型燃煤锅炉上的应用

摘　　要：随着新农村建设的推进,农村取暖设施逐渐完善,小型燃煤锅炉释放出来的污染烟气也逐渐污染了人们健康的生活环境,致使空气中的污染气体严重超标。为了人们的身体健康,要努力改造周围的环境,选一款适合农村燃煤锅炉的除尘器很有必要。随着人们环保意识的增强,布袋除尘器将成为农村小型锅炉烟气除尘的首选设备。因此,简要介绍了布袋除尘器的技术特点和主要技术指标,分析了其在农村小型燃煤锅炉上的应用。With the development of new rural construction,the heating facilities in rural areas are gradually improved,and the pollution smoke from small coal-fired boilers gradually pollutes peopl’s healthy living environment,causing the polluted gas in the air to seriously exceed the standard.In order to improve people’s health,it is necessary to strive to transform the surrounding environment and choose a dust remover suitable for rural coal-fired boiler.With the enhancement of people’s awareness of environmental protection,the bag filter will become the first choice of dust removal equipment for small rural boilers.This paper briefly introduces the technical characteristics and main technical indexes of bag filter,and analyzes its application in small coal-fired boilers in rural areas.
