摘 要:长期以来,受制于前端垃圾分类工作的不畅,我国厨余垃圾一直与生活垃圾混合处置。随着逐步迈进小康社会,人民生活水平日益提高,餐饮外卖等行业应运而生,与此同时,也产生了大量厨余垃圾。由于人们对厨余垃圾的忽视及处理方法不当,其现状不容乐观。对国内外厨余垃圾的现状以及处理方法进行简要对比分析,提出现阶段存在的问题,为未来厨余垃圾处理提供借鉴,以便更好地实现厨余垃圾的资源化处理和有效合理利用。For a long time,the kitchen waste has been mixed with domestic waste disposal because of the poor front-end garbage sorting.With the gradual progress into a well-off society,the people’s living standard are improving day by day,catering take-out and other industries came into being,at the same time,also produced a large number of kitchen waste.Due to the neglect of kitchen waste and improper disposal methods,the present situation is not optimistic.The present situation and disposal methods of kitchen waste at home and abroad are compared and analyzed briefly,and the problems existing in the coming stage are put forward to provide reference for the future kitchen waste disposal,so as to better realize the recycling disposal and effective and reasonable utilization of kitchen waste.
