摘 要:为提高直径450mm以下不锈钢三元叶轮加工质量与效率,基于一定的理论知识与技术实验,对比了高速钢道具与整体硬质合金刀具的性能优势,得出整体硬质合金刀具的耐磨性更高,让刀变形更小,更适用于小叶轮加工。分析三角形走刀法与条形走刀法的特征,得出条形走刀法加工过程更加平稳,不仅加工效率高,而且不易出现折刀、崩刀问题,更适用于小叶轮加工。In order to improve the machining quality and efficiency of stainless steel three-dimensional impeller with diameter less than 450mm,based on certain theoretical knowledge and technical experiments,this paper compares the performance advantages of high-speed steel props and integral cemented carbide tools,and concludes that the integral cemented carbide tools have higher wear resistance,smaller deformation and are more suitable for small impeller machining.This paper analyzes the characteristics of triangle and strip cutting methods,and concludes that the processing process of strip cutting method is more stable,which not only has high processing efficiency,but also is not easy to appear the problems of knife folding and breaking,and is more suitable for small impeller processing.
