聚氨酯发泡材料应用于冷藏汽车保温层的工艺研究

摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,不同地区的物品交流越来越广泛。运输一些对温度有特殊要求的物品时,需要借助于专用设备和专用车辆。所谓的专用车辆,是指这些车辆拥有自己的专有功能,如车辆的保温或冷藏厢体。这些车辆厢体需要使用特殊材料进行组装,而聚氨酯复合板就是其中的一种。这种聚氨酯复合板的保温冷藏作用较其他材料的作用更具优势。因此,主要论述聚氨酯复合板的常用材料、加工工艺、工作原理、优缺点以及发展前景。With the continuous development of science and technology,the exchange of goods in different regions is more and more extensive.When some goods with special requirements for temperature are transported,they need to rely on special equipment and special vehicles.The so-called special vehicle means that these vehicles have their own special functions,such as the vehicle’s heat preservation box or cold box body,which need to be assembled with special materials.Polyurethane composite plate is one of these materials,and its heat preservation and cold storage function is better than that of other materials.The common materials,processing technology,working principle,advantages and disadvantages as well as development prospect of polyurethane composite board are discussed.
