大H型钢BD轧机压下系统机械磨损原因分析

摘  要:大H型钢厂自投产至今,BD压下装置操作侧铜螺母和止推铜垫已出现多次工作面磨损严重的情况,虽未造成严重的生产设备事故,但严重影响设备的使用寿命,增加了生产备件采购费用。因此,通过对铜螺母和止推铜垫磨损现象、磨损机理、丝杠和铜螺母螺旋副及止推铜垫进行受力情况,从实际磨损现象、丝杠与铜螺母螺旋副耐磨条件、压下两侧平衡缸工作压力的计算及其他因素,分析压下铜螺母和止推铜垫磨损的原因,确定操作侧平衡液压缸工作压力过大是铜螺母及止推铜垫磨损的主要原因,并给出了参考调整数值,效果显著。Since the large H-beam plant.was put into operation,the copper nuts and thrust copper pads on the operation side of BD screw down device have suffered severe wear on the working face for many times,which has not caused serious production equipment accidents,but seriously affected the service life of the equipment and the purchase cost of production spare parts.In this paper,the wear phenomenon,wear mechanism,lead screw and copper screw of the copper nuts and thrust copper pads have been studied.Based on the actual wear phenomenon,the wear condition of screw pair of lead screw and copper nut,the calculation of the working pressure of balance cylinder on both sides of the screw and other factors,the causes of the wear of the copper nut and the copper pad of the thrust are analyzed.It is determined that the main reason of the wear of the copper nut and the copper pad of the thrust is that the working pressure of the balance cylinder on the operating side is too large,and the reference is given,The effect is significant.
