摘 要:选矿磨矿过程自动化控制系统的控制核心是磨矿浓度的控制。球磨机的排矿水与溢流浓度、球磨给矿量与返砂水、球磨填充率与磨矿浓度之间存在离散非线性关系,增加了自动化控制的难度。因此,以北方铜业铜矿峪矿选矿厂磨矿控制为例,介绍了磨矿系统溢流浓度的控制方案、控制原理及控制算法,在恒定给矿的基础上通过比例给水控制,将溢流浓度控制在合理范围内,从而稳定了选矿主要技术指标和经济指标。The control core of the automatic control system of ore dressing and grinding process is the control of grinding concentration.Because of the discrete non-linear relationship between the discharge water and overflow concentration of the ball mill,between the feeding amount of the ball mill and the return sand water,between the filling rate of the ball mill and the grinding concentration,the difficulty of automatic control is increased.In this paper,taking the grinding control of the ore dressing plant of the North copper mine as an example,the control scheme,control principle and control algorithm of the overflow concentration of the grinding system are introduced.On the basis of constant ore feeding,the overflow concentration is controlled within a reasonable range through proportional water supply control,so as to stabilize the main technical and economic indexes of ore dressing.
