摘　　要：该文首先介绍了气腿式凿岩机性能测试的必要性,设计一款气腿式凿岩机性能检测试验台,该气腿式凿岩机性能检测系统包括4部分:吸能试验台、输气管路系统、性能测试方法和测试仪表、数据处理部分,完成性能数据采集系统的构建,可以检测通用气腿式凿岩机的冲击能量、冲击频率、凿岩耗气量等关键参数,为气腿式凿岩机质量优良奠定基础。This article first introduces the necessity of gas leg rock drill performance test,design a gas leg rock drill performance testing test bench,the gas leg rock drill performance testing system includes four parts:energy absorption test bench,gas pipeline system,The performance test method,test instrument and data processing part complete the construction of the performance data collection system,which can detect the key parameters such as impact energy,impact frequency,rock drilling gas consumption and other key parameters of the general gas leg rock drill,laying a foundation for the excellent quality of the gas leg rock drill.
