摘  要:该文提出了一种用于常温介质泄漏检测的被动加热感温特种光缆,分析了特种光缆结构中反应物材料的温升特性。通过在光缆结构中添加反应物的方式,使管道泄漏点处的常温介质与反应物产生化学反应而被动加热,从而利用分布式光纤测温技术来检测泄漏点,实现常温介质输送管道健康状态的实时监。实验结果表明,特种光缆结构中反应层在2mm厚度时效果最佳,能够达到泄漏点温度检测的要求。In this paper,a kind of passive heating temperature sensing special optical cable used for the detection of medium leakage at room temperature is proposed,and the temperature rise characteristics of reactant materials in the structure of special optical cable are analyzed.By adding reactant in the structure of optical cable,the normal temperature medium and reactant at the leakage point of the pipeline will react passively and heat up,so that the distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology can be used to detect the leakage point and realize the real-time monitoring of the healthy state of the normal temperature medium transmission pipeline.The experimental results show that the effect of the reaction layer is the best when the thickness of the reaction layer is 2mm,which can meet the requirements of the temperature detection of the leakage point.
