摘　　要：乡镇企业对于提高基层生活水平、提高就业起到重要的作用也是国家经济发展的重要组成部分,但在环保方面潜藏着某些治理危机。以环保评估为切入点,以某乡镇塑料产业为例,深入分析环保评审中存在的问题,促进基层企业环保达标,提高企业的环保治理水平,促进产业的优化升级,提升乡镇治理体系的改革和完善。Township enterprises play an important role in improving the basic level of living and employment,which is also an important part of national economic development.However,there are some governance crises in the aspect of environmental protection.Taking the environmental protection assessment as the starting point,taking a township plastic industry as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the environmental protection assessment,promotes the environmental protection standards of grass-roots enterprises,improves the environmental protection management level of enterprises,promotes the optimization and upgrading of industries,improves the reform and improvement of the township governance system.
