摘　　要：隐性教育具有愉悦性、知识性、多样性和潜隐性的特点,社会主义核心价值观隐性教育有助于激发大学生的主观能动性和创新性,有助于增强大学生对社会主义核心价值观的认知和认同,有助于促进大学生践行社会主义核心价值观。隐性教育载体是隐性教育目标实现的中介,课前3min表演项目作为社会主义核心价值观的隐性教育载体,已实施多年,并取得较好效果。Recessive education has the characteristics of pleasure,knowledge,diversity,and latent.The socialist core values of recessive education help to stimulate the subjective initiative and innovation of college students,and help strengthen the college students’ core values of socialism.The recognition and identity of the university will help college students to practice the core values of socialism.The hidden education carrier is the intermediary for the realization of the goal of hidden education.The three-minute performance before class is the hidden education carrier of the core values of socialism.It has been implemented for many years and has achieved good results.
