火针结合毫针治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察火针结合毫针治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期临床疗效。方法将2018-05~2019-03收治的60例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均给予乳腺疏通按摩,观察组予火针结合毫针针刺治疗,对照组予口服头孢克洛治疗,治疗5 d后评估治疗效果。比较两组主要症状体征评分、乳房疼痛消失时间、肿块消失时间和血液学指标变化情况。结果治疗后观察组主要症状体征评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),乳房疼痛及肿块消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗后两组血白细胞(WBC)计数、中性粒细胞计数占比(NEUT%)均明显下降(P<0.01),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论火针结合毫针治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期疗效确切,能很快减轻乳房疼痛,消除肿块,及时排出乳汁,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire-needle therapy combined with filiform-needle acupuncture on treatment of early-stage acute mastitis in lactation.Methods From May 2018 to March 2019,sixty patients with acute mastitis during their lactations were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given breast dredging massage.The observation group received fire-needle therapy combined with filiform-needle acupuncture,and the control group was treated with oral cefaclor.The therapeutic effect was evaluated 5 days after treatment.The scores of main symptoms and signs,the time of pain disappearance,the time of mass disappearance and the changes of hematology indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the time of pain and mass disappearance in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the white blood cell(WBC)count and the percentage of neutrophil count(NEUT%)were decreased significantly in the two groups(P<0.01),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Fire-needle therapy combined with filiform-needle acupuncture is effective in treatment of early-stage acute mastitis in lactation.The combined treatment can quickly alleviate breast pain,eliminate masses and discharge breast milk in time,which is worthy of clinical application.
