摘  要:针对液压缸零件焊接时焊缝数量多、焊接难度大、容易产生缺陷等问题,选用液压缸常用材料,用熔化极活性气体保护焊进行试验,为保证焊接质量,防止产生焊接裂纹等缺陷,针对不同材质制订相应的焊接参数,并配以适宜的工艺措施。在对焊后试件进行工艺评定时显示,焊缝成形好,焊接变形小,表面及内部缺陷少,超声探伤和力学性能检测均合格。结果表明,焊接质量好,焊接工艺合理、可行,完全能满足工程机械液压缸的工作要求。In view of the problems of many welds,high welding difficulty and easy to produce defects in the welding of hydraulic cylinder parts,the test is carried out by MAG weld-ing with common material for hydraulic cylinder.In order to ensure the welding quality and prevent the welding cracks and other defects,the welding parameters are made for different materials,and appropriate technological measures are provided.When evaluating the postwelding test piece,it shows that the weld is well formed,the welding deformation is small,the surface and internal defects are few,and the ultrasonic flaw detection and mechanical property detection are qualified.The results show that the welding quality is good,the welding procedure is reasonable and feasible,and it can completely meet the working requirements of the hydraulic cylinder of construction machinery.
