摘  要:滚动直线导轨被广泛应用各种制造装备。实际应用时,偶尔忽视了对导轨副进行合理润滑,导致其精度寿命大幅降低。针对上述问题,对LGS30AA滚动导轨副在乏油润滑和润滑油选用不合理工况下进行了寿命实验。实验结果表明:在乏油润滑工况下LGS30AA滚动导轨副的实验里程仅为60 km,远远低于充分润滑工况的正常工作寿命;不合理选用润滑油同样也会大幅缩短导轨副精度寿命。Linear rolling guide is widely used in various manufacturing equipment.In practical application,the reasonable lubrication of theguide is occasionally neglected,which leads to a significant reduction of its precision life.In view of the above problems,the life test of LGS30AA rollingguide under the condition of lack of oil lubrication and unreasonable selection of lubricating oil was carried out.The experimental results show that the experimental mileage of LGS30AA is only 60 km,which is far lower than the normal working life under the condition of full lubrication,and unreasonable selection of lubricating oil will also greatly shorten the precision life of guide pairs.
