摘 要:随着电梯使用率越来越高,对电梯的电气安全也提出更高要求。结合之前发生的多起电梯意外移动事故,电梯国标要求新装电梯必须增设轿厢意外移动装置。介绍了国标中关于电梯轿厢意外移动的要求;指出了目前轿厢意外移动(UCMP)功能由检测子系统、自监测子系统和制停子系统相互组合而实现;阐述了各个子系统为实现各自功能而使用的各种机构以及电梯意外移动其制停过程的详细情况;通过三菱电梯使用方案,介绍了UCMP距离的计算过程,为检验员提供了判断轿厢意外移动可靠性的方法。With the increasing use of elevators,higher requirements are placed on the electrical safety of elevators.Combined with the many accidents of elevator movements that occurred before,the national standard of elevators requires that the newly installed elevators must be equipped with an accidental car movement device.The requirements for the unexpected movement of the elevator car in the national standard were introduced;pointed out that the current unintentional car movement(UCMP) function was realized by the combination of the detection subsystem,the self-monitoring subsystem and the stopping subsystem;the details of the various mechanisms used for their respective functions and the process of stopping the elevator accidentally moving.Through the mitsubishi elevator usage program,the calculation process of UCMP distance was introduced,which provided the inspector with a method to judge the reliability of the car ’s accidental movement.
