摘　　要：金属管转子流量计是一种可靠有效的流量测量仪表,对介质进料方向有一定要求。阐述了金属管转子流量计的基本工作原理及经典流量计算公式,介绍了一种新推出的水平安装式金属管转子流量计在化工装置中的实际应用。这款新型转子流量计可以水平安装,特别适用于测量气体流量,需要通过经典流量计算公式进行刻度换算来标定量程。The metal tube rotor flowmeter is a reliable and effective flow measurement instrument,which has certain requirements on the direction of medium feed.The basic working principle and classic flow calculation formula of the metal tube rotameter were expounded,and the practical application of a newly introduced horizontal installation metal tube rotameter in the chemical plant was introduced.This new rotameter can be installed horizontally,and is especially suitable for measuring gas flow.It needs to be converted to scale by the classic flow calculation formula.
