摘 要:由于水平井分段体积压裂后的钻塞作业缺乏专用钻塞泵注设备,研制了SZB1000型钻塞泵注设备。该设备具备钻塞液在线混配、连续泵注等功能,可实现单机配合连续油管作业机完成钻塞作业的需求。对五缸柱塞泵的最大瞬时排量和理论平均排量进行了计算,并对泵头体强度进行了有限元仿真分析;最后在完成型式试验的基础上,进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:SZB1000型钻塞泵注设备能够满足钻塞作业需求,相较压裂车配置方案,设备采购成本最高降低了64%,燃料费用降低了22%。Due to the lack of special drilling plug pumping equipment after staged volume fracturing in horizontal wells,SZB1000 drilling plug pumping equipment was developed.The equipment has the functions of on-line mixing of drilling plug fluid and continuous pump injection,which can meet the requirements of single machine cooperating with coiled tubing machine to complete drilling plug operation.The maximum instantaneous displacement and theoretical average displacement of the five cylinder piston pump were calculated,and the strength of the pump head body was simulated by finite element method.Based on the completion of the type test,the industrial test was carried out.The test results show that szb1000 drilling plug pump injection equipment can meet the requirements of drilling plug operation.Compared with the fracturing truck configuration scheme,equipment procurement cost reduced by 64% at most and fuel cost reduced by 22%.
