摘 要:对GB/T 38022-2019《钟表防震手表》标准中的冲击锤垫块材料的变更进行了专项分析和研究。以冲击锤垫块选用的复合材料为研究对象,通过与聚四氟乙烯材料(以下简称PTFE)为冲击垫块获得的冲击特性参数进行对比分析,验证复合材料的最佳选用方案。方案中明确了试验原理、试验仪器、试验样板等要求,设计并开展了PTFE冲击垫块试验和复合材料冲击垫块试验两类主要的试验项目。试验表明:复合材料冲击锤垫块改善了原PTFE垫块的快速老化问题,有效提高了试验的重复性和有效性。The material change of impact hammer cushion block in GB/T 38022-2019 "watch and clock shockproof watch" standard was analyzed and studied.Taking the composite material of impact hammer cushion block as the research object,the best selection scheme of composite material was verified by comparing and analyzing the impact characteristic parameters obtained by using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) as impact pad.In the scheme,the test principle,test instrument,test sample and other requirements were specified,and two main test items,namely PTFE impact pad test and composite impact pad test,were designed and carried out.The results show that the composite impact hammer cushion block can improve the rapid aging problem of the original PTFE cushion block,and effectively improve the repeatability and effectiveness of the test.
