摘  要:随着社会劳动生产力的不断提高,自动化设备的开发需求日趋迫切,机器换人是现代工厂改革的重点。很多设备中采用了凸轮机构来实现设备的自动作业,然而由于凸轮设计过程较为繁琐,对设计人员要求较高,某些公司往往不愿意使用凸轮来实现机构动作预期。针对这一现状,从凸轮从动件的运动路径入手,利用SolidWorks motion进行分析,设计出了符合从动件预期运动要求的凸轮轮廓曲线,为凸轮的设计提供了一种新的思路,具有一定的参考价值。With the continuous improvement of social labor productivity,the development demand of automation equipment is increasingly urgent,and machine replacement is the focus of modern factory reform.Cam mechanism is used in many equipment to realize the automatic operation of the equipment.Due to the complicated process of cam design and high requirements for designers,some companies are often reluctant to use cam to realize the mechanism action expectation.In view of the situation,starting from the motion path of the cam follower and using SolidWorks motion analysis,the cam profile curve which met the expected motion requirements of the follower was designed,which provided a new idea for the design of cam and has certain reference value.
