摘 要:农业是国民经济发展的基础,完成新一轮农村电网升级改造,是实现新农村建设的关键。针对当前农网存在的诸多问题,确定农网改造升级应适应智能化发展趋势,大力推进配电自动化、智能配电台区、农村用电信息自动采集等技术,以满足新能源分散接入的需求。按照农网改造智能化的要求,着重解决农网用低压配电监控系统的智能化及农网改造中的几个技术问题,并对农网智能管控发展进行了展望。Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development,and completing a new round of rural power grid upgrading is the key to realize the new rural construction.In view of many problems existing in the current rural power grid,it is determined that the transformation and upgrading of rural power grid should adapt to the trend of intelligent development,and vigorously promote the technology of distribution automation,intelligent distribution station area,and automatic collection of rural electricity information,so as to meet the demand of decentralized access of new energy.According to the requirements of intelligent transformation of rural power grid,solving the intellectualization of low-voltage distribution monitoring system for rural power grid and several technical problems in rural power network transformation were focused on.The development of intelligent control of rural power grid was prospected.
