摘 要:为更好地保障采煤机回油冷却器的连续可靠运行,分析了采煤机回油冷却器常见故障原因,设计了一种采煤机新型回油冷却器。介绍了该种冷却器的主要结构、工作原理与特征,并进行了散热性能验算与水管阻力验算,耐压试验与通油(水)试验。经实际应用验证,该采煤机新型回油冷却器能很好地满足采煤机运行需求,解决采煤机回油冷却器的内泄问题,具有一定的推广应用价值。In order to better ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the return oil cooler of the shearer,the common failure reasons of the return oil cooler of the shearer were analyzed,and a new type of return oil cooler of the shearer was designed.The main structure,specific working principle and characteristics of the cooler were introduced,and the calculation of heat dissipation performance and water pipe resistance,pressure test and oil(water) test were performed.The actual application shows that the new cooler can meet the operation requirements of the shearer,and can solve the problem of internal leakage of the return oil cooler,which has certain promotion and application value.
