摘 要:误差快检与标定是数控机床的关键技术。以阶梯规为核心,结合高精度CCD测微仪实现机床快速误差检测,在保证阶梯规与机床姿态稳固的情况下,改进操作步骤,结合激光干涉仪进行标定实验。结果表明,该设计能保证快检系统与待检机床的位置精度,减少环境引起的误差约2%,且测量精度较传统方法提升约20%,为今后数控机床的误差检定提供了新思路。Rapid error detection and calibration is the key technology of CNC machine tools.Taking the step gauge as the core,eombined with high-precision CCD micrometer,the rapid error detection of machine tool was realized.Under the condition of ensuring the stable attitude between the step gauge and the machine tool,the operation steps were improved,and the laser interferometer was used for calibration experiment.The results show that the design can ensure the position accuracy of the rapid inspection system and the machine tool to be inspected,reduce the error caused by the environment by about 2%,and improve the measurement accuracy by about 20% compared with the traditional method,which provides a new idea for the error verification of CNC machine tools in the future.
