摘 要:为有效解决较薄煤层采煤机大功率化后引起的开采装载问题,基于当前较薄煤层采煤机所使用的采煤机构的结构与装煤特点,提出一种有效的思路来解决该采煤机的装载问题,并设计出一种全新的挡煤结构。阐述了该采煤机滑槽式挡料机构的核心构造及关键技术特点,提出了一系列具体优化改进策略。经实际应用,改进后的挡料机构能很好地满足实际生产需求,可达到有效解决开采装载问题的目的。In order to solve the problem of mining and loading caused by the high power of the thinner coal seam shearer,based on the structure and loading characteristics of the shearer used by the thinner coal seam shearer,an effective idea was proposed to solve the loading problem of the shearer,and a new coal retaining structure was designed.The core structure and key technical characteristics of the shearer chute retaining mechanism were described in detail,and a series of optimization and improvement strategies were put forward.After practical application,the improved retaining mechanism can meet the actual production demand well and solve the problem of mining and loading effectively.
