摘 要:电动汽车大规模普及的背景下,充电设施运营商在电动汽车有序充电管理中扮演着重要角色。为了调动电动汽车用户参与有序充电调控管理的积极性,实现运营商与电动汽车用户双赢,在考虑运营商盈利的情况下,建立充电站投资运营效益模型,进而提出补偿价格上限的计算方法。在此基础上,构建了基于用户响应量的补偿机制激励模型,并研究了考虑日前电价和用户充电需求的补偿策略,为运营商合理制定用户补偿策略提供参考方案。通过实例仿真,得到了使运营商和用户在不同的设备利用率下双赢的补偿价格,可以为运营商根据实际情况选择用户补偿方案提供参考。In the context of the large-scale popularization of electric vehicles,charging facility operators play an important role in the orderly charging management of electric vehicles.In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of electric vehicle users to participate in orderly charging regulation and management,and to achieve a win-win situation for operators and electric vehicle users,a model of the investment and operation benefits of charging stations was established taking into account the profitability of operators,and then a method for calculating the upper limit of compensation prices was proposed.On this basis,an incentive model of compensation mechanism based on the amount of user response was constructed,and the compensation strategy considering the day-a-day electricity price and user charging demand was studied to provide a reference plan for operators to formulate user compensation strategies reasonably.Through the example simulation,the compensation price that enables the operator and the user to win-win under different equipment utilization rates was obtained,which can provide a reference for the operator to choose the user compensation scheme according to the actual situation.
