摘 要:电器和电缆设备使用大量塑料类聚合物作为外盒或绝缘层,这些材料的维卡软化点指标对产品的性能和安全来说至关重要,维卡软化点的检测也成为电力产品的必测项目。通过介绍维卡软化点温度测定仪的两种设计方案,阐述了维卡软化点的测量方法及实现仪器的研究,旨在研究提高维卡软化点的检测效率和检测精度,推动有关电力系统安全测量问题的研究和创新。Electrical appliances and cable equipment use a large number of plastic polymers as outer boxes or insulation layer.The Vicat softening point index of these materials is crucial to the performance and safety of products.The detection of Vicat softening point has also become a required test item of electrical products.Two kinds of design schemes of Vicat softening point temperature measuring instrument were introduced,the measurement method of Vicat softening point and the research on the realization instrument were expounded,aiming at improving the detection efficiency and accuracy of Vicat softening point,and promoting the research and innovation on the safety measurement of power system.
